Wellness Program
The wellness program offers treatment, education, support and services and resources to help optimize patients' emotional and physical well-being. Under the guidance of a physician, this program enables health and professionals to take into account co-exiting medical illness and medications, dietary needs, family issues, social concerns and emotional needs to integrate them into a holistic approach to treatment.
Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapy
Our therapists help patients strengthen and coordinate various muscles, improve gait abnormalities and restore speech. Therapy is geared towards enhancing the patients' adaptability to home environment.
Medical Social Worker
